Advance payment will be adjusted in final vehicle price.
Pre-order does not guarantee availability.
Refund available if scooter not allotted.
Delivery timeline may change due to PDI or conditions.

2. Purchase Price

Prices may change without prior notice.
GST and taxes must be paid separately.
Cancellation allowed within 24 hours only.
Market price changes (steel, battery) may affect cost.

3. Deferral & Transfer

Order deferral allowed once. Non-transferable without approval.

4. Important Terms

By using this website, you agree to all policies and updates made by Divyashakti Enterprise.

5. Priority

Pre-order sequence is determined by company. Refund processed within 15 working days if declined.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

No guarantee on wear & tear parts.
Motor, charger & controller: 1 year warranty.
Battery: 1–5 years depending on purchase.
Specs may change without notice.

7. Liability

Maximum liability is limited to refund of pre-order amount only.

                10. Dealership Policy

                Deposit refundable after deduction (demo
                        vehicle).
Minimum sales required to continue dealership.
Transport covered only for bulk delivery.
Commission model applies in festival schemes.

            

                11. Lucky Draw Terms

                200 members, 24 months duration.
₹2800/month contribution.
Monthly draw: scooter or gold coin.
GST applicable separately.
Mandatory attendance in draw.

            

12. Insurance

Insurance is mandatory and must be arranged by customer.

13. Purchase Policy

Scooter will not be delivered without insurance.
